Genesis Housing Association has been formed through the amalgamation of PCHA, Pathmeads and Springboard housing associations.
The founding member of the Group, PCHA has over 40 years’ experience of owning and managing homes and currently provides homes and services to more than 11,500 households across 18 boroughs.
PCHA specialises in providing mixed tenure management services to ensure value for money for customers and a consistent level of management service regardless of tenure type.
Pathmeads was formed in 2001 following PCHA's rescue of West Hampstead housing association. Pathmeads has been the UK’s leading provider of temporary housing and contract management services with over 21,000 homes in management for the past five years. Pathmeads manages homes on behalf of private landlords, local authorities, NHS Trusts, housing associations and private companies.
Pathmeads also has a private lettings agency and property services company.
Springboard provides mixed tenure management services to around 5,000 homes in Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Springboard is also a specialist provider of supported housing. It manages homes for elderly and vulnerable people in supported schemes across 24 boroughs.
St Matthew Housing and Eastwards Trust are also subsidiaries of Springboard and has expanded the Group’s support services into the east Midlands and East Anglia.
