  3. Public understanding grows on energy and climate change consensus

    The British public is becoming more aware of the scientific consensus on climate change and the public consensus on renewable energy, a survey shows. The ComRes survey for the Energy and Climate Intelligence Unit (ECIU) reveals that adults in Great Britain are more likely than a year ago to know that almost all climate scientists believe climate change is mainly the result of human activities.

  4. Customer Engagement with the Energy Market - Tracking Survey 2015

    Ofgem has published its annual tracking survey of Customer Engagement with the Energy Market, conducted for the eighth time in March 2015 by Ipsos MORI. An improvement in trust in suppliers was recorded, with consumers who stated they trusted suppliers to be open increasing 7 percentage points to 35% and those distrusting them falling 7 percentage points to 37%.

  20. Veolia re-energises CHP in the UK

    Today, Veolia has announced its specialist combined heat and power (CHP) company, Cogenco Limited, will be fully integrating with the UK group and adopting the Veolia name.
