    Public sector procurement specialist, LHC, is calling for applications to its new energy efficiency framework for England, Wales and Scotland. This new framework, which is due to be fully launched early in 2016, will be provided across three distinct workstream bands to meet landlords varying requirements for energy efficiency and renewable energy measures. This will provide opportunities that will appeal to both SMEs and larger companies including building insulation, micro-generation, traditional boilers and heating systems and refurbishment works, as well as consultancy and project management.
