Energy Secretary, the Rt. Hon. Edward Davey MP has today announced a draft Energy Bill, aimed at supporting investment in low-carbon electricity generation in the coming decades. The Bill aims to replace existing investment support with complex and controversial proposals for a Contracts-for-Difference Feed-In Tariff.
