Angela joined the ADE in autumn 2018 as a part-time consultant developing the Heat Networks Compliance Scheme: a certification process which aims to recognise efficiently performing heat networks and provide industry stakeholders with confidence that a network will be well designed, constructed and managed with proposed outcomes baselined and performance monitored against the baseline.
Prior to this she worked for thirty years in the public sector, with a focus on client-side construction project management and sustainability measures for social housing.
Angela is a member of the Heat Trust Committee and is PRINCE2, MSP and APM qualified. She holds a BA (hons) in English Literature and a PG (dip) Housing.
Her expertise is in public sector processes, procurement and project delivery, and her focus is on improving the health and welfare of social housing residents.
