Eneteq Services Ltd is a market leading heat network design, supply, install and commissioning contractor. Our business is based upon core values of collaboration, service and quality. Working with our customers we aim to develop long term mutually beneficial working relationships, delivering efficiencies through market leading best practice. We provision highly trained and skilled in-house project teams who understand and appreciate the significant importance of a quality installation.
From the outset, Eneteq Services Ltd has been equity-backed by Powerpipe Systems AB, the leading pre-insulated pipe manufacturer in Sweden. Our close partnership supports a full UK-based district heating turnkey offering from initial consultancy through to commercial & technical modelling, design, product installation and commissioning and full life cycle maintenance services.
Eneteq Services Ltd recognises the contribution employees make to the success of the company. We also recognise that to maintain a committed and competent workforce, we need to ensure that we continue to provide market leading training and development for all employees.
Through our close working partnerships with both Powerpipe and Mittel, all project management staff are trained to the market leading standards including regular time seconded to the factory in Sweden where they regularly work directly with Swedish design and installation engineers on live projects.
All pipe and joint installation technicians attend quarterly training in Sweden with both Mittel and Powerpipe, they are required to work in the field in Sweden to ensure the best working practices and methods are adopted, transferred and implemented on our sites here in the UK. At all quarterly training sessions all field technicians are assessed and graded based on their competencies and experience.
As a result of these in house competencies and continuing development, Eneteq Services are authorised to provision Mittel and Powerpipe training in the UK. This service can also be extended to the auditing of installation by others to ensure compliance with the required manufacturers recommendations and requirements.
Health and Safety
Eneteq is committed to managing all aspects of health, safety and welfare to the highest standard and considers this an essential part of its successful business performance. All statutory provisions are complied with as a minimum and we keep up to date with industry standards through our various accreditations to leading market organisations. Internally, we also ensure continual improvement in health and safety standards by regularly consulting with our operations staff and reviewing targets and objectives. Feedback is actively encouraged to maintain the cycle of continuous improvement. Moreover, all subcontractors engaged by Eneteq are expected to adhere to our policies and we operate robust pre-qualification questionnaires to ensure this is maintained.
Sustainability and Environmental Policy
Eneteq is committed to sustainability and is continuously mindful of the wider impacts of its business and activities. Specific environmental risk management plans are developed for sites, team members are trained in their deployment and all plant and equipment is selected with due environmental consideration. A key consideration if our choice of head office location was the business park’s philosophy towards recycling and its local sustainability policy.
